Behavioral Data

Most analyses of fMRI data need to specify the timing of the behavioral task performed during the scan. Task timing can be specified explicitly using fScan's -reference command, or it can be obtained from behavioral data files.

If behavioral timing files are not already in the same directory as the functional and anatomical files, or do not have a header that fScan can link to the appropriate directory, then they need to be found and renamed. A behavioral file should exist for every functional file in a directory.
