Linking Behavioral Files

FScan provides an easy and userfriendly way to link behavioral and scheduling files to the functional and anatomical datasets. Opening the functional and anatomical images of a scan (on how to save images as a workspace for ease of access, see here), select the appropriate functional images. Open these, then go to the Stats taskbar, select the link paradigm icon, and a window will appear. From the window, select the behavioral file that matches the functional data set and click open. This will link the behavioral file to the dataset. The same can be done with the scheduling file, by selecting the schedule icon in the Stats taskbar, and linking. To store these changes, it is possible to either create a new header for the data, or to save all the images as a wdf (see here). The next time either of these are accessed, all the relevant information of the scan will be uploaded on fScan and there is no need to repeat the process of linking behavioral files.
