Paradigm Files

If the program used to run the scan was CIGAL, then an easy way to locate the behavioral files of each scan would be the command getpdigms. This command tracks down all the behavioral files with the header pdigm and the number of that data set. Once they are found, linking the files to rest of the images in the data set (or to a workspace that might have been made) is a matter of simply copying all the appropriate pdigm files to the data set.

Another possiblity for linking paradigm files is from fScan itself. Opening the anatomical and functional images of a data set (or opening a Workspace File), click the icon 'Link Pdgm' in the Stats Taskbar. This should open a new window that allows the user to browse files and locate the appropriate paradigm files.
