usage: r_cursor opflg eflag ltime cursorflag

R_CURSOR is a REALTIME operator. It turns the cursor display on or off, depending on the CURSORFLAG argument:

        CURSORFLAG: 0 - turn cursor off
                    1 - turn cursor on

Note: This operation also changes the status of the CURSOR register variable (see CURSOR(4)), which can be used for turning the cursor off and on outside of the REALTIME processor.
