There are two steps to diplaying menus in CIGAL. The first is to create your menu file with a '.mnu' extension and put it in the directory where you start CIGAL (e.g. where you run the StartCIGAL link). The next step is to add a simple text file with the name of 'start.imp' that has the CIGAL command for adding a menu. This simple, one-line command is:

menu MYMENUFILE

The next time you run CIGAL in that directory, the 'start.imp' file should be run automatically and will cause your menu name to appear on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
