To quit CIGAL, simply click the 'x' at the top right of the screen, type 'quit' on the command line, or press q.

(Note: Quitting before all your scanning runs are complete is not recommended, because any settings you have changed during the session to revert back to default values and the naming of the output files will no longer be correct.)
