This is an old revision of the document!

Behavioural Images

To start the actual analysis of the data collected in the scan, the behavioural files need to be introduced. If they are not already in the same directory as the functional and anatomical files, or do not have a header that fScan can link to the appropriate directory, then they need to be found and renamed. A behavioural file should exist for every functional file in a directory.

Paradigm Files

In order to analyse the data from the scans, the behavioural files need to be linked to the functional and anatomical files. If the behavioural files are named in a way that makes them accesible to fScan (a reccomended header is pdigm6_directoryname_scannumber_01 or something similar), then the command getpdigms should locate them regardless of whether or not they are in the same file.
