-To create a Workspace file, open fScan using the command **fscan filename(a) filename(b) -D**. Once fScan has opened, several Anatomical and Functional files will be listed in the main menu. Click show to open all windows. From here, it is possible to eliminate unnecessary files. Any anatomical files less than 300 or 400 (or occasionally 03 or 04) are of lower quality than the 300(03) or 400(04) images. They can be closed. For the functional files, depending on how many tasks were run, only the highest numbered are needed to be kept.+To create a Workspace file, open fScan using the command:

For the functional files, you may or may not want to include different versions (e.g. raw, preprocessed) in your workspace.  Close any windows you don't want in the workspace.
