Save as WDF

A workspace file is the perfect way to save all the same anatomical and functional images to the same file for future use. Once all the appropriate files have been opened in fScan, and aligned properly, go to the File tab and select the 'Save WDF' icon. This function will save all active windows to a workspace file. Enter a name( 'aligned.wdf' is a preferred file name, as later versions can have other properties added to alter its description). Once the file has been saved, it is advisable to exit the program and ascertain that the file has been saved correctly. To reopen the file with fScan, simply type:

fscan aligned.wdf -D

fScan will open with all the appropriate functional and anatomical files available for analysis.
