3.1 Select the anatomical image bia3_7335_1_300 and change it to a three-plane view by clicking the 3-plane icon in the View taskbar.

3.2 Select the functional image bia3_7335_1_6.

3.3 Transpose the functional image on top of the anatomical by clicking on the bia3_7335_1_300 image and then going to the Overlay taskbar and selecting the Overlay icon.

3.4 The overlay will appear in grayscale. To distinguish between the underlay and overlay select a color for underlay (bia3_7335_1_300) from the taskbar and a different color for overlay (bia3_7335_1_6).

3.5 Brighten or darken the overaly using the brighten or darken icon in the View taskbar.

3.6 To brighten or darken the underlay, select the “toggle overlay display on/off” icon from the View taskbar. This will temporarily remove the bia3_7335_1_6 overlay and allow you to brighten or darken the underlay as necessary.
