ShowPlay Reference Manual, Chapter 3 (ControlVariables): dx1/dy1

DX1/DY1 -- Primary display horizontal/vertical center

DX1 and DY1 are integer numbers. They are automatically set to the center coordinates of the primary video screen, which is where paradigm stimuli are displayed.

Use DX1 and DY1 to center messages that you specifically want to appear in the subject's display screen. If you are using dual-screen video displays, see Dx2/Dy2 for directing messages to the secondry paradigm isplay (which the subject would not see).

The default value for DX1 is 1/2 the primary (paradigm) display screen width. The default value for DY1 is 1/2 the screen height.
